Equipped with high-torque transmission system, our extruders deliver 1 to 2 times higher output than conventional low-torque twin screw extruders of the same specification. The maximum throughput of our large-scale model can reach up to 12 tons per hour, ensuring efficient mass production.
Our compact high-efficiency models can replace larger-sized extruders from other brands under the same production capacity. For instance, the HPL51 extruder achieves higher output than ordinary 65-type extruders, effectively reducing equipment investment, material consumption, factory floor space and overall operating costs. Adopting heating rods instead of traditional cast copper heaters, the equipment saves 15%-20% of electric energy consumption.
Featuring ultra-high torque design, the gearbox load capacity reaches 15 Nm/cm³, ensuring strong driving force and stable operation. The maximum screw rotating speed can reach 1800 rpm, meeting high-speed and high-efficiency production requirements for various high-end materials.
The output shaft bearings adopt non-load-bearing structural design, which effectively avoids wear of vulnerable shaft bearings and greatly improves equipment stability. The professionally optimized gearbox achieves a designed service life of 72,000 hours (equivalent to 10 years of normal operation).
Supports a wide range of D/d ratio customization from 1.33 to 2.0. The screw gap can be precisely adjusted with a minimum clearance of 0.15 mm, meeting personalized processing requirements for different materials and production processes.
